We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item is significantly different from what was described on our website
  • You received the wrong item

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
  1. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@movesupplier.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  1. Deposit Orders

For orders placed with a $20 deposit:

  • If the item is eligible for a full return, the deposit and any remaining payments made will be refunded.
  • If the remaining balance was not yet paid, only the deposit will be considered for refund based on the return reason.
  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
